Skirt is snug through the waist and falls loosely, if you spin in a circle it will flow out. Cardigan has a preppy collar with shoulder pads (could easily be removed). Cardigan could be worn buttoned or left open with shirt showing. In the 80’s this was worn with boots. These pieces could be worn together or on their own.
