Fantastic pair of mid-brown leather Frye Celia boots. These fit over the knee /thigh high when opened all the way, and they also can be folded over. They measure about 23” high when fully upright, about 20” when folded over. They can also be worn slouched down for a casual look. With tie back that can be tied in a bow or just knotted. It can also be wrapped around the boot once and then tied. Super soft and supple mid-brown leather. Size 8. In very good condition, lightly worn, with no flaws, other than a few surface spots on the top of one foot that I have not tried to remove. They actually look better in person than in photos. Purchased new by me.
