This dress by designer BGL features a super flattering peplum waist design. It’s great for a fashionable power look at the office, or for a special occasion like a wedding or cocktail party. It’s unfortunately a little too tight on me now, but this piece deserves a good home! It’s a 38 in European size, but it fits like it’s on the smaller side of a traditional US 4. I’ve only worn it a couple times and it’s in excellent condition.
