Nearly brand new, Worn and professionally cleaned only once *Perfect condition and the most beautiful quality/print for Fall As this is not a Factory purchase, this is high quality wool so it's thin, and a soft wool blend Fully lined with that beautiful BR black lining As pictured, it's a black and white plaid that makes the skirt appear a beautiful gray Back slit, Hidden zipper back enclosure, fitted waist (no stretch) She is a fitted skirt and oh so sleek if you're a size 2 or small 4!! There is spandex in the blend, however I would guess that's in the body of the skirt not the waist Waist-14", 17.5" Hips, 22" Length (Falls at perfect length above knee on me at 5'7 and I do not have long legs, I'm all torso) True pencil skirt length, not as short as pictured
