Hill House Talia in Navy

Gently worn (2-3x) Talia dress that is perfect for work. I believe they call the fabric crepe but it’s a wrinkle resistant polyester fabric. Has a tie at the neck, pearl buttons, and a ruffle at the bottom. I’ve gotten so many compliments when I’ve worn it to work. In excellent used condition.
