It was not polished for photos. Nambé was founded as Nambé Mills in 1951 by Pauline Cable in Pojoaque. The company's foundry was moved to Santa Fe following a fire in 1976. Nambé is best known for its signature alloy blend, a proprietary combination of eight metals.
