Good morning, I’m curious how stretchy this is? I have broad shoulders so a bit concerned if it doesn’t have some give

does have stretch, 4% in the fabric. So yes is give in the shoulders and just to help you I took the measurement of the shoulders as well : 16.75 inchs.
It does have shoulder pads, which, if you decided you didn’t want would probably need to be professionally removed since the jacket is full lined
