@azz810 their just twisted their in the pic they wont break or anything just from bad storage i think and yes i will include a long shoulder strap that is not Louis Vuitton because when i got it it dint come with the real one

the bag is still solid and no rips or anything that i can find its just to small for me and the straps are still very sturdy and usable just twisted like that but hold well
