The silhouette with its empire waist, twirly (but not toooo twirly skirt, pockets, and smocked panel at the open portrait back, is universally flattering. And the floral print, featuring color block flowers in lilac and peachy tones against the navy cotton sateen is similarly charming. Worn twice. In excellent condition.
