A beautiful dark, navy blue with light powder blue embroidered polkadots. Buttons up the front with mother of pearl buttons, and one front pocket. Cuff sleeves, and in great pre loved condition. Only worn once. The measurement from pit to pit is 24 inches and the length of the blouse is 28 1/2 inches
