Vintage 1970s Floral Butterfly Maxi Skirt Womens Size 26

Absolutely stunning skirt! I’m assuming it’s from the 1970s and you can tell it’s handmade. Waist measures 13 inches across and it has a tie back closure. Does have some loose stitches but it doesn’t affect the wearability.
