IVKO embroidered cotton dress EU38/US 8/M

Short-sleeved IVKO women's dress with button front, collar, and gathered skirt with wrap-around embroidery. Black cotton, with repeating floral embroidery all around the skirt. Short side zipper to help getting the dress on. Nearly new condition; only worn once. Approximately 29" waist, 18" wide (36" circumference) at bust just under arms. Skirt is 21" long from waistband. Made in Europe.
