Reposhing this item I purchased from @ross1972. I love these loafers but they feel smaller: more suited for 8 - 8.5 / 39 (Italian; narrower) shoe sizes.
After these gorgeous loafers arrived, I had a third-party authentication performed to feel assured these were real. Indeed, they are the real deal. Just too small for my feet. My loss is your gain.

Are these a size 8 or 9? What size shoe do you typically wear in comparison to how these fit you?

@mollyleahy22 I typically wear a Size 9 EU 40 for European designer shoes (run smaller/narrower I’ve found) whereas for most US shoes, I wear Size 8.5. I have medium width feet. I could’ve broken these in by wearing them and eventually they would’ve have fit. Gucci sizing chart has these their Size 39 as the equivalent to US Size 9. I’ll add the Gucci size chart to pics. I hope this helps.
