This is a deastock red retro victorian sailor dress with a pleat skirtthat has a Mod Coquette Victorian style and would be perfect for a Sailor Moon Cosplay costume. The waist is a bit free as it has a tie in the back, but it fits the size 6 mannequin very well (see image).
