bananasmoothies @kaylag1690 Hi Kayla, The “rise” on a pair of pants refers to the distance from the crotch seam (where the legs meet) up to the top of the waistband. It determines how high or low the pants sit on your waist. Typically there’s three types: High-rise: Sits above the natural waist. Mid-rise: natural waist. Low-rise: below Measuring Rise: Lying on flat surface, measure from “crotch seam” (where the front and back seams meet) straight up to the top of the waistband on front side of the pants.
