Sz M/L Beautiful Halter style Cocktail top

This one of a kind delicate, sexy yet classy gorgeous chiffon/satin piece was worn ONCE! The peacock pattern and colour combination is what really caught my eye The neck part is like an attached scarf, with a pretty fringe. Tiny buttons in fabric loopholes. An open back, with elastic to hold it up. The waist is also a gathered elastic satin band. I did some slight alterations for a better fit, since it draped quite a bit in the back. I added elastic and it turn out beautiful...hoever...my chest area is now too broad for this top! Its a shame because its been a favorite for YEARS and I hoped to wear it again! I pinned it on a hanger so you can see how it would be worn. Yes, ITS SHEER! Not easy to do the measurements of this top, but I will give you some!
