Vtg 70s does 30s Handkerchief Tie Back Top

vintage, circa 70s based on the materials. handmade. scarf appears to be silk and is hand rolled/handsewn along the edges. someone most likely sewed the string to the scarf to create this top. scarf may be older in age but is in excellent vintage condition. best fits size small. mannequin has bust size 34 inches and 26 inch waist.
