Neckline, upper back and hem ruffle have shades of purple, black and sage. V-neck is lined with lace. Empire waist with full flowy skirt. Full sleeves with an elastic cuff and a decorative tie, hit me at elbow. The skirt is lined. The material is extremely soft to the touch, outer and inner material. 100% rayon. There is not stretch in the material. Good used condition. Armpit to armpit about 23 inches. Waist across is about 20.5 inches. Top of shoulder seam to bottom hem is about 34.5 inches.
