Vintage Lemmie Red Bow Dress

I have the dress clipped in the back in the first photo. The second photo is unclipped. I couldn’t find a size tag. Please refer to measurements in the photos. I’m a size 2-4. The dress is linen/rayon. Dry clean only. The seam at the bottom of the zipper is torn. There is also some minor pilling/snags through due to the delicate nature of linen. The color is the most true in the first image and the image of the length. Comes from pet friendly home I was hoping to find time to learn how to sew and alter this into a mini dress, but I realized I’d feel so guilty turning such a cute dress into something else completely.
