Vintage Blazer 3X Western Rodeo Beaded Fringe Boho Cowgirl Jacket READ

Womens size 3X. It has shoulder pads, but they are only attached by by hook and loop velc that you can take out easily. The jacket has some fading on the arms, shoulders, and neckline that is most notable on the left arm (close up in photo # 10 and right arm is in photo # 11). It appears subtle enough to wear as is, or you could roll the sleeves to make it less noticeable, or it could be a fun, creative upcycle project!
