Hi, Can you say more about the repair needed for the back straps?

@sonjabuskey yes! So they’re like folded together all wonky and I haven’t really taken the time to re align the fabric to allow the straps to be adjusted. They’re not broken just need to be played either the get the ribbon and the metal to work together.
