100% navy cotton “Frances Dress” from Emerson Fry’s India Collection. Vertical gold lurex stripes, Mandarin-style collar, tiered ruffle hem. Drawstring waist can be worn cinched in tight or hanging loose as pictured (very forgiving!). Comfortable and breathable. Two small navy buttons allow bodice to be worn more or less buttoned up toward the neck. Long sleeves can be worn rolled up or buttoned at the wrist as shown. One wrist button is missing as I always wore the sleeves rolled up. Smoke-free, pet-free home.
