ososassynclassy @cheskasantos - Hello, please look at pictures 8 and 9 that were just taken. There are slits on Polene straps, particularly on this popular bag. Polene designed it this way to allow for easy strap adjustments by letting you thread the metal hardware through the slits, to change the length of the strap as needed, creating a more customized fit depending on how you want to wear the bag.
