🌈🌈🌈 Vintage top Partners blue floral polyester point collar medium

There are just a couple of spots on it that you can’t even notice unless you look super close. Pointy collar and such a pretty print. I purchased it thinking I would wear it under a sweater vest but it was a little snug for me. Bust is 20 inches (across the front) Length is 25 inches. Shoulder to shoulder is 17 inches.
