Vintage 80s-90s Tie Back Crinkle Rayon Maxi Dress

Lightweight Indian crinkle rayon dress. Roomy, oversized style with a tie on either side to cinch it in at the waist (if you like). The skirt has fabric-covered buttons from the waist down; little shoulder pads; 3/4 sleeves. When it's lying flat it measures 24" pit to pit and across the waist; about 35" across the hips; 48" long. In great condition. Care is hand wash and dry flat, which I've just done. Fabric is semi-sheer, so you may want to consider how you'd style it underneath.
