This Nightmare Before Xmas costume includes the dress and the wig. It has a few flaws. There’s a small hole in the front of the skirt and the stitching is coming apart at the neck. It will definitely need to be washed too. I believe this is a kids large, but see pics for measurements. Additional measurements available upon request. Tights not included.

calicrush619 @asherrill16 Hi there. I’d say it’s closer to a 10/12. And yes, I will include the wig we bought as well. The only thing you’ll need to get is the blue tights.
