This listing is for a very unusual/I believe one of a kind, Tiffany and Company designed by Elsa Peretti puffed heart necklace. I have never seen a Tiffany heart this big. It is hanging from a silk rope. There are many 925 silver pieces on this rope. The heart does have light scratches on it. I believe they can be buffed out and there are two Rust stains on one side, which can most likely come out with the jewelry cleaner. This necklace will definitely attract attention. The rope can be adjusted to a very long necklace or higher up.
