@julyturtles2018 they pull on. The back is stretchy faux suede I just noticed so I will correct that on my listing. They seem true to size. I wear a 9 and did not want to push my foot into the boot and possibly stretch it out. I could have made it fit but for a 9 it would have been tight. .
