I love this! Never worn (by me) but is from the 80s so I don’t know about the life it had before I bought it. I think the straps can be let out if needed, it looks like they have been tacked to take up some slack, but I’m not sure if it originally came like that or if it was altered. The straps are not adjustable otherwise. Faux draw string at waist.
