I was going to use the purse for the first time and it’s broken. The latch on one side does t close. You should have disclosed that.

@scooby2525 in all honesty my mom got very sick and passed away so I didn’t even look at it before. I went to use it and yesterday and that’s when I realized it’s broken.

@perezcary67 I spoke with Poshmark support yesterday and they said they issued you a partial credit for this. They also said that the matter needs to be handled directly with them moving forward so please contact them if you feel the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction.
