Vintage 70s Bright Floral Midi Skirt with Criss Cross Waist Detail and Pockets

I thrifted this over a decade ago, reads as very 70s to me but I’m not sure. Excellent vintage condition! Brand tag reads “Petite Gamine,” marked size 8 but fits truer to a modern US 4/6. Back of the waist band is elastic and the elastic is in good condition. Pleated V-shaped cross over waistband detail. Two functional pockets, deep enough to slide a phone in! Only noted flaw is some fraying on inner seams, I think possibly from where the elastic was replaced at some point. This is NOT visible when worn, but full disclosure! Shown in last photo!
