Anthropologie Meghan Embroidered Mini Skirt

Super cute mini skirt, but I’m 5’ 9” and this is definitely on the shorter side! I only felt comfortable wearing it once. I think it’d be great on someone a little shorter perhaps? Reviews all say it runs small and I can attest. This is a size 14, but it runs really small, so listing it as a 10. I am a size 14 now and it doesn’t fit, but more like a size 10 when I bought this. Adding the reviews to show that people are also saying to size up 2 sizes.
