Anthropologie "Spectrum Stripe Maxi Dress" by Plenty by Tracy Reese is a sleeveless maxi in cheerful horizontal stripes of white, salmon pink, blue, bright yellow, spring green, chocolate brown, and beige. Scoop neck with an attached tie at the waist that can be worn in the front or back of the dress. Dress also has attached threads and snaps underneath the straps to hold your bra straps in place when worn. Pullover styling. Lining goes down to about 36" from the top of the strap - maybe knee level or right above the knee, depending on your height. Cotton/polyester blend with a nylon/spandex lining
