In good pre owned condition. Purchased from a street vendor here in NYC many years ago. It has its own handmade character - some of the yarn tassels are frayed and have variations. See photos. This was sold as a one size fits all. I feel it would best fit a women’s size L to XL. It fit through some of my jeans belt loops but it looks better tied over a dress or oversized sweater. It ties, no buckles or hooks. I’m not sure what type of yarn or materials it’s made from. Measurements are provided in the photos. BI - Clear #1
