manders325 @mld2542 sure! 13” across and if I stretch the fabric it goes to 15” so that’s the amount of give that it has - hope that helps

mld2542 @manders325 like I'm about 5'9" or 5'10" I want something that will be tight in the thighs loose at the bottom and cover the top of my shoes are these for sure 33 in length

manders325 @mld2542 yes they are - I’m 5’8” and they were looser at the bottom like you are looking for and on me actually a smidge too long to look quite right if that makes sense - so on you since you are taller I bet they would hit at the right spot

mld2542 @manders325 I'm wanting tight on top and thighs and looser at bottom but not flared. are these true to size? I'm thick thighs and hips size 16/18 tall
