1980's Notations semi-sheer geometric blouse w/ pleats

Classic 1980's secretary style blouse with added va-voom and larger shoulder pads. 100% polyester fabric is semi-sheer, lightweight, almost silky. Copious pleats run down the torso and back, altogether creating fullness all over; the sleeves, chest, neck. Absolutely fabulous.
