The dress is made from sturdy cotton, made in Peru, the Scully brand. The lace up in the back is adjustable to make the dress tighter or more loose. The embroidery is black on black. The sleeves are 3/4 length and finished with a ruffle as well as the skirt. The dress was worn once.
