Photos show side openings where a belt might have gone through. They are not large enough for hands or arms. All tags are in Chinese and I can't find a reference to this brand. Please see the measurements below. I assume the material is polyester with a bit of spandex. There is some stretch to it It is a cute piece with a keyhole opening at the back. The sleeves are formed and the lace material extends out over those. The material is see-through.
