I could not comment as to how many wears this dress has seen because I purchase from different vendors and stores. this dress, in my opinion is between Excellent and Great condition, the white is nice & bright, there are no stains, tears, stretch marks, piling, etc and free of odors, pet hair, and smoke. it has been laundered and looks to may have been hangdried or dried flat. it's a beautiful dress. I hope I've answered your questions.

cinot7 @1amarguerite Hello and thank you for your interest. Waist is 39 inches (but is a cinch tie so meant to fit smaller frame), Pit to pit is 20 inches and from Pit to hem is 40 inches. Thank you again@
