Vintage church ladies hat, polka dot fascinator with bow attached , felt Easter

I just adore this hat! It reminded me of one of the many hats Julia Roberts wore in Pretty Woman , it’s a cream felt/wool hat with a wire rim and on top is a sheer black fabric with white polka dots shaped into a bow, there is a decorative feather stick with a very small feather not sure if it’s supposed to be like that or it tore. Inside round measure at 22” around stunning piece no flaws or stains and will be packed carefully to avoid crumpling.
