New without tags, never worn. Took the tags off but then decided to wear something else. Sold out! I have this dress in multiple colorways and just don't wear this one. Flexible sizing because of the smocking (for extra room) and waist ties (for cinching it tighter). In crisp 100% organic cotton poplin, our beloved Bijou Dress features a square neckline with a fixed tie and puffed Juliet sleeves that cling close along the arms.
