Vintage 70s Maxi Peasant Tank Dress XS

This odd little dress dates from the 1970’s. If is somehow both sporty and bohemian. The material feels like velour. The neckline and arms are trimmed in ivory satin. The dress has an empire waist and ruffled hem. Estimated size XS. Approximate measurements, taken on the outside of the garment laid flat, unless specified are - Pit to Pit: 16" Waist: 14.5" measured at empire seam, can be belted smaller Flaws: Several holes/both bites noted at the center back hem, most are on the ruffled hem but one is above. None noticeable unless inspecting.
