Preowned Vintage Kate Spade Polka Dot Handbag Purse Shoulder Bag. It is brown with white and pink polka dots. The interior is cream with brown and pink polka dots. The strap is leather. It has one interior zippered pocket. This is from around 2000-2001 and was made in the USA. It does have some wear from use. The bottom corners are worn down a bit.
