Gorgeous Portia & Scarlett designer dress for prom/winter formal/pageant, Size 0. Only worn once! Hot pink with crystals. Big strap can be worn up or off the shoulder as seen in pictures. There is a 2 inch defect on the back of thin strap where the crystals came off. Can be easily fixed or left as is. Great value compared to price paid. Smoke free home!
