The outer fabric is water resistant and the inner fill keeps you very warm. It has two front Velcro pockets. The hood has toggles to tighten and removable and has a fleece collar for warmth as well. Good overall condition. One of the plastic toggles is missing and there is a loose hem around the right cuff that needs to be sewn. Please see pictures.
