This is a NWT, H&M Floral Draped Ruched Blouse. Size S, fitted blouse in woven fabric. Low-cut V-neck at front with a decorative, vertical drawstring at front and gathers at sides for a gently draped effect. Long, voluminous sleeves with narrow elastic at cuffs. Wide smocking at back, narrow, elasticized seam at waist, and flared peplum.
