Vintage 1990s Santa Fe Black and White Houndstooth Plaid Sheath Dress

Brand - Santa Fe Vintage early 1990s dress, featuring a notch collar neckline and 3/4 length sleeves. It has a button down front, but doesn't fully open. You have to step into it to put it on. Made from micro houndstooth weaved fabric, that creates an all over plaid pattern. It has a beautifully contrasting, black collar and faux pocket flaps, with decorative rope piping. Gives off a super flattering tailored silhouette. Has shoulder padding. Fully lined. Fabric - unknown. The black fabric feels like 100% rayon. The weaved fabric is possibly a polyester and cotton blend, or similar. Vintage size 4, but fits like a modern size 2, see measurements for fit. The fabric has no stretch. Condition - Looks like it was never worn, but does have some small spots as shown in the last photos. Not very noticeable because of the size and busy fabric. Flat measurements (approx.)
