nicolepcalvert @mschina hi. I *think* so. I dropped off 5 packages at the post office at the same time Wednesday afternoon and instead of scanning them in, they scanned all of them as delivered. Some of the others have been scanned at the regional sorting center, so it looks like they are moving through the usps system.

nicolepcalvert @mschina The post office was closed 1/9 and we had a snowstorm today so I haven’t been able to go speak to them to get answers. I am SO SORRY. I goggled the issue and some people said their packages made it to their destination. I am trying to see if I can do anything with usps. :(
