Oh how I wish I had a mannequin to show off this floral embroidered Tulle Cotillion Formals dress. It really is so beautiful! I absolutely love the natural colors and the tear-shaped scalloped top and bottom. It’s absolutely gorgeous and dreamy. Hidden side metal zipper Velvet bow Sliming waistline Lined Layered tulle under to give it shape Delicate embroidery Condition: Very good! I see a very small tear on the front above waist and a couple small marks also on front by waist. Not noticeable at all when looking at dress. (see photos).
