The hem is longer on the sides. It is sleeveless with shoulder straps and a v-neckline. The straps are adjustable, so the length of the dress can vary. The upper back portion of the dress is smocked and stretchy. Fabric content: 100% polyester Approximate Measurement (laying flat): Chest/Pit to Pit - 17" but has a little bit of stretch with the elatsic smocking on the back.
